Well C would be rather useless and little more than an annoyance... If a shapeshifter can shapeshift into anything then there's plenty that can be done to increase durability and strength... Or just add to being deadly... (I had actually intended to say "Maybe a class B... although that's probably being a bit generous... Maybe C+, B-? >.>" but got distracted by my siblings and lost my train of thought lol)

And they're monsters.... Do we really need to bring logic into the way they breath? My character would be able to not only alter her appearance, but also the very make up of her body... Not many people understand just how drastically different even a dog processes things through it's system in comparison to a human... sure the basics are the same but there ARE a lot of differences... I'm pretty sure she could change how her lungs function >.>

But of course the power level doesn't really matter because she's gonna be a hippy who hates violence and thinks everybody should be friends... But she won't be afraid to defend herself if necessary...
