Personality: Hanako is viewed by many as a very strange girl. She is highly energetic and enthusiastic, and even quite friendly... and yet... her friendliness only extends to people she feels aren't "ordinary". While she doesn't hold any hate for these "ordinary" people, she finds them boring and not worth spending time with, at least outwardly. Instead, she chooses to spend time with those people she feels are unusual and different. These people are often regular people she has taken a liking to. However, Hanako chooses not to perceive them as ordinary, instead constructing strange backstories for them. She knows, deep down, that these backstories are not real, but she feels it makes things far more enjoyable. For example, she has decided one of her friends must be an alien. 
Hanako adores the idea of being the user of an Archetype, and feels that it is her utmost duty as such a person to be the best hero possible. And, of course, this means being a true hero who protects the innocent wherever she can from whatever threat she can. She still realizes she must keep this a secret, as much as she does not desire to. However, she can be extremely stubborn and temperamental as well, refusing to budge even if her position seems insane.
Brief Backstory: Hanako has gone through life feeling like it was lacking something for her. The real world was nothing like what she desired. So she thought. In all respects, her hometown was quiet and safe. And in her opinion this made it very very boring. She wished she could be a hero, someone who saved innocents and even the entire world. Her odd attitude caused her to have very few friends, until High School. It was here that Hanako decided to take a drastic move, one that changed her path. 
Taking control of the dying Meteorology Club(one of its members didn't even participate in anything meteorological), Hanako somewhat forcibly created the "Super Action Weather Fight Club". She even invented strange backstories for the remaining club member and other people she dragged into it. She had to do something to spice things up, after all. And while this made her life much more enjoyable... things didn't truly change for her until she discovered a horrific monster, a seething blackness with an eerie white mask. She only vaguely remembers what happened, and that she must keep it a secret... but she gained the ability to destroy such creatures. An Archetype.
Skills: A decent sprinter, but hardly the most athletic person.
Abilities: Nothing of note.
Archetype: Raijuu - The Beast of Thunder and Lightning, granting Hanako the ability to, for the moment, release short-range blasts of electricity capable of affecting a single target upon invoking her Archetype's name.
