Yes, Neutro is supposed to be a gentle giant. That doesn't really mesh with him hulking out as it were. 

Rin, your character has quite an arsenal of abilities, any character's powers used creatively can be useful in almost any scenario. And BlackSam is right, Pariah is putting everyone through their paces. The heroes thought that the training mission would be easier, and by making it as tough as it is he unbalances the heroes and forces them to adapt to the situation, both revealing who has what it takes and preparing them for the kinds of missions they would eventually have to do. The other players got lucky by fighting street-level enemies in the early stages of the roleplay. But I will scale down the exercise from my initial plans, so it will be somewhat more forgiving then I had originally envisioned. Once the players break through the latest challenge it shouldn't get that much more difficult. Also you could have your character help take out the nests on the rooftops as that is a close-range situation.
