They don't like Faust and her Equestrians, broPlus they still need to preserve them, which has aggravated them like a colassol itch they can't scratch for thousands of years. You would be a little sour as well, if you had such an itch for such a long time.
That itch is going to go on a lot freaking longer. They still need to earn the Equestrian's trust, which was made difficult by the fact that there already hostile from the start, or they need to give them something really valuable to guarantee the safety of those who are going for preservation, which the Supremes won't be willing to do. That and only 5 people in the entire Equestrian Empire will experience Deja vu and slowly gain there memories back, and there all on Lakfalle. I don't see how the Supremes would be aware of that. Oh and yeah, really easy to replicate basic radio waves. How do you think the Equestrians have been communicating? Basic radio waves that anyone could interpret. The computer development also took a different path this time, and I rather not have the same argument I had with Rogue over why you wouldn't be able to interpret the Equestrian's own signals or get into there computers. Edit: And yes while there names are the same, they would have no knowledge of this.
