Alright on the appearance I'll make you a proper deal: She can change forms whenever she likes but for most of her classes she needs to stay in one specific guise. Just pick something if that's not enough just ignore that part and just get whatever anime appearance you desire. If you want an idea from me just use the girl from It's not my fault I'm not popular as she's relatively average looking in the grand world of anime.

The reason for the above is because you can't exactly remember who a student is if she is constantly shape shifting.

Personality could be a bit larger but the history makes up for it in size.

Some separation with some lines could be nice like this. But that's up to you.
