I too have some hard candy for them to put in their mouth. I have no idea what would happen to the candy. Not much probably, maybe heat up and melt a little, but most kinds of candy wouldn't have a higher boiling point than spit methinks. Never heard of spit heating up enough to damage. I can't find what happens to candy if you electrocute it anywhere. weird that no one ever put any research into it. Does anyone have a spare car battery and some lollipops at the ready? The shock will make your muscles seize tightly, so their jaws will be clenched tightly (with enough force to risk damaging their teeth actually), if she was chewing before the strike the candy is shattered.
