Bio: Victor was born a poor child in the streets of Moscow. His life was going two ways, he was either going to be a criminal or he was joining the military, When he did he chose the military and he took a hold of that life and never looked back once. He worked his way through the ranks until he was inducted into the Russian Spetsnaz as a skilled sniper. After serving for six years he was discharged. After that he left Russia to see the rest of the world. Seeing an opportunity in his skills he became a hitman. he made Chateau Lamonka his base of operations due to its size and his ability to lose people inside.
