I think it makes more sense for Oliver to have taken one of her brother's older rooms. It's right next to the Academy, so the location is convenient for them. There wouldn't really be a point for them to live on their own with such a ready option available. Besides, being around more people would do well to bring him further out of his shell. He's a foreigner, far from home. Being able to live in a family setting would be quite advantageous for his well-being. If you agree with that, I can't think of anything else that needs to be covered before we start.
