Victoria is small, like less than 80k people. Vancouver I feel a bit nervous about if I ever need to go there, only because it is a city of 578,000+ and has highways like a goddamn labyrinth. But with gps, I'm sure I wouldn't have too many issues.

Highways, country, mountains, single-lane back roads? No issues.
