Hey, cut-down does not necessarily mean stop. This site's layout is hard enough to traverse as it is however. At this stage in the game it's important that everyone can find the relevant information they need. But no, don't take that as 'never post in the OOC again (ever ever, ever). Just try and balance the random with the essential somewhat.
