Smiling the Doctor looked at her with a wide grin on his face. "That sounds good." He wanted to get travelling again. He didn't like staying in one place. That was a reason he couldn't settle down with a proper house. He liked to be on the move.
He grinned more. 
Rushing over to the console he started to flick some levers.
"Allons-Y." He seemed to have forgotten he had even been injured as he was too happy about been able to travel.
