Ko took a moment to peer at her sword and the writhing Menos behind her. She visibly showed frustration as she discovered that she wasn't yet strong enough to cut right through its mask with her unreleased form, which was a disappointment in her own power. It was at that moment that she caught sight of a shadow above her, as a huge Menos foot attempted to crush her! "Weren't they meant to be handing him?!" Of course they were, she had been the one that remained on the ground while the fighting was going on, which she noticed as she leaped from the ground and up the standing Menos to gain some height. 

This turned out to be a mistake though, as the other Menos she was fighting was still staring up, and now was charging a Cero! The red glow covered Ko as it charged, a gasp of shock coming from her lips "Hora...Oh dear..." Grabbing her sheath in her other hand, she brought both it and the sword together, slowly sheathing it as she spoke in a more focused tone from her normally tired one. 

"Saw though them Kogane no aki" Suddenly the orochi sized Zanpakuto clicked into place and like a shedding cocoon the outer sword split apart into black leaves that vanished, leaving a golden form behind it. Ko's clothes also changed, the ends of her scarf and kimono taking on a colorful display as leaves started to drift from them endlessly. At this moment the Cero was fired towards Ko, the huge blast easily 3 times her side "Fallen's Ryōdan- Times Five!" Grabbing the hilt of her sword with both hands she stared right at the incoming Cero, five leaves that had fallen off of her clothes forming a line in front of her just as she attacked by drawing with both hands! 

The Cero seemed to hit, however a huge slice of energy cut through it at the last moment, splitting the beam into the sky before cutting the Menos in two right down the middle. Ko stood there glaring down at the being as it vanished.
