In a war that devastated the realm Vladmir (who was a minor lord at the time) used his wit and tactical knowledge of the battle feild to seize the castle and town of his old enemy. Since then Vladimir has not had the chance to pick up a sword as he has to deal with all sorts of courtly matters. This court life has greatly bored Vladimir and he has became a bitter, unapproachable old man. He does not let this get in his way however as he is still a dedicated hardworker, ever looking to bring peace ti the realm and establish a great dynasty.
