The Dracs could hide inside any of the Big Three's backyards if they really wanted. There would be ways to hide an entire planet.

And there are, actually, other galaxies with Draconian influence. There were, what, 4 or 5 different Draconian factions, only one of them being at the MWG? I'm planning on at least two of these still thriving: you'll read about it in a Supreme post sometime soon. Most likely with negotiations with the humans.
