A couple jumped out at me.
I'm typically not a fan of Post Apocalyptic role plays but something about you and the way you write, I think I could really get into the idea with you! 
Especially with you being an aspiring novelist, I think that you could paint a picture in my head that I can run with instead of the paragraph or two role players that just don't do it for me.

I also would be interested in hearing your mafia idea because I have two character based around running a mafia.

And lastly, I have fallen in love with Fairy Tail and would love to discuss the plot you have proposed earlier with a twist of my own.
