The first technique has limits I just forgot to write them up, the target has to be with in five meters or less of the user to be able to efficiently to be able to get the user in striking distance. It's mostly used to prevent the target from having any time to escape the small distance. As for the two techniques, pulling requires the wind release and the lightning is the push (charge palm Jutsu), it was just included in the first. 

I looked at and made the required changes along with adding details to the four swords tracking seal that included, adding the second and third stage dependent on each other as well as weaknesses. 

I will remove the Beast Wave Jutsu.
