Skills: Handy with a gun. Can see truth and lies behind people's words. Can use some powers to some extent like lifting a object up with some psi energy like power. His most powerful ability is the Capability to see into the Future and change it even but doesn't most of the time do to morals.
Personality: Mostly nice and honest. He can be rude and mean to those who are like that to him. He never uses his powers on people as due to morals, if he kills someone he knows it would be his fault.
Backstory: David never knew his parents, and everyone at the orphanage feared him for his ability. Once he turned 16 the kids complained enough that he was kicked out to live on the streets. For a year he has been doing small things for people for money, mostly just reading their futures as a fortune teller. He also has been thieving a bit but enough to not get caught on the spot, as fortune telling was never enough to fill his stomach at times. The one time he changed the future was when this one girl liked him, but he saw that if she went for him that she would end up dead. So he changed it enough that she found someone else that she came to like and she forgot about him, he never forgot about her but did what he needed to do to make sure she lived and lived a happy life.
