Kalinda went over, and nodded, "You did. I thought you were dead, so yeah, a pretty big scare" She said, sitting down in a chair, "I thought I was going to have to go on the run, and hide from your father" She thought she could do that, at least long enough to change her name, her appearance, and any connections she had right now. 

She gave a sigh, "You shouldn't have done that without more backup. What if this is what they wanted, to put you out of action? Which they have" She said, bringing her knees up to wrap her arms around them. 

She looked to him, wincing at the collection of bruises and swelling. "You'll be out of action for a bit, Micky" She said
