Shayre had been busy tearing vines and branches from nearby trees, making some kind of rudimentary shelter. The pain in his head had returned, and made thinking about more than one thing at once impossible. He hadn't heard the new blond girl coming, only slightly aware of the other one scurrying around trying to help him. When they had the frame ready, he started gathering big leaves and moss for the roof, his aching back making him prefer the former. The shelter he was building was meant to be movable, although it was starting to get rather heavy. This enabled him to work closer to the resources, which sped up their pace, but coincidentally also meant he was too far from the others to see the sanguine as it came out and offered water for blood. It was only when they were finished with the shelter, and slowly carried it towards where he had left the brownhaired girl, that he noticed something was wrong. In front of the wounded girl flew, no floated, a monstruous creature. It looked like a mixture of a monkey and a huge bat, but then one who has had acid thrown over them, as the skin seemed to have molten away at some places and a rotten smell emanated from the creature. From its huge fangs leaked a liquid, that seemed to be saliva at best, and venom at worst. Strangely enough, the two girls around it didn't seem as terrified of the creature as he currently was, although the brownhaired girl seemed rather apprehensive, and maybe slightly concerned. Shayre let go of the shelter, vaguely aware of it falling on its side as he kneeled down to get a thick stick to use as a weapon. He rushed forward, almost falling over at the first steps as his headwound still seemed to affect his sense of ballance, but straightening as he kept on running. The last few steps he yelled something inelligible to help him concentrate his force, jumping in front of the brownhaired girl as he swung his stick at the thing. "Help me fight this thing, or if you can't, run away!" He yelled it especially at the newly arrived girl, as she seemed in a rather well condition. The girl with the long hair had ran after him as well, and was standing ready to attack the creature, although she was hesitating, probably afraid to draw its attention.
