(Like if you want a skill book that gives you fire magic, ill give you a list of things that you can currently buy and use related to that)

Also the soul burn technique is good for beginners, but there is better out there. 

I am thinking of ramping up the MP cost a bit though... In fact I just did. That makes it a bit more realistic. Also if you want to focus on it one would have to stretch their Stat points over Wis, Str, and Dex essentially. Probably Vit as well (as higher level techniques that employ that skill do require bodily constitution to handle the strain it can put on a person)
