Now that Aoba is in the water Kuro lets his gaze drift over him now and again, looking through the water at the fine form hidden beneath the surface. He bites the inside of his lips as Aoba almost seems to sink down away from him, but a moment later he comes back up and speaks openly about his views of life in heaven. Kuro brings his gaze up, staring into those beautiful deep blue eyes. He feels himself getting a little lost in them, a light smile on his lips as once again the angel uses the word normal. He begins speaking without thinking. “In some countries it's normal for a tribe to take a child once it's reached a certain age, and cut it's skin repeatedly with a sharp stone in an ancient intricate pattern while it screams bloody murder.” Dani recalls visiting that place once, and he giggles at the memory of all the screaming. That kid was a wimp. He really shoulda just put up with it like a man. Pansy. His head perks up as Kuro goes on, not that he's really interested. . . .” In other countries young woman are sold off as property by their fathers, because it is normal there for woman to be treated as such.” He bows his head a little bit, coughing. “I'm sorry, I won't go on. I just want you to understand that. . . .You are using the word normal rather inappropriately, and a lot of people would find it rather offensive for you to use it that way. . .” He smiles at Aoba warmly. “I know what you mean, and it doesn't bother me, but I just wanted to warn you that presenting your views as the normal ones could get you in trouble.” The small demon up front stares wide eyed off into the distance as he comes to realize, just a little bit, what's happening between his brother and the angel. 'He's. . .He's courting it! He's being all understanding, and. . . .and. . .polite! Gah, he's a bigger nerd than I thought! This is disgusting. I don't wanna hear any more of this!' Despite his rather powerful thoughts, Dani doesn't move, listening for the angel's response. Meanwhile Kuro picks up a rough stone he'd found in the tub and begins scrubbing his feet.
