Small but important (to me) question:
You state that magic is considered as the ability to change. While I'm assuming you can, I'd like confirmation as to if it is possible to [i]generate[/i] things. It seems logical to me that things like fire and ice are "creatable" since to create fire you could just increase the energy levels of particles and to make ice you could slow the particles of H2O. [b]BUT[/b], could you create objects like tools, food, etc.? If you have literally all the materials that compose something, could you create that thing with magic? 

Basically, can you create objects/elemental stuff through the use of magic?
