I noticed, I've got some up in cheydinhal and some in Valenwood, with part of the navy chasing down a pirate lord. Not exactly a good way to be splitting up your military, hence why I didn't send many more to Elsweyr and am hoping not to have it erupt into a full blown civil war until the Werewolf problem is fully dealt with. If push comes to shove, I'll start a volunteers paramilitary force for the Loyalists and hire mercenaries to supplement the legion peacekeeping forces that were in the region as part of the agreement with Elsweyr. The separatists are at a disadvantage here, so I think it will be relatively easy to keep them busy at the bargaining table while I prepare more forces.If I'm lucky, I may be able to appease the seperatists without conflict, if not then...
