@Yog: Honestly, i'd have to see the CS with strengths/weaknesses in order to really decide. It sounds OP but, it all depends on how you play it, honestly.

@Ezekial: It's definitely an Insane Asylum or Sanitorium. Not sure if either of those examples fit what I'm going for. The asylum was intended for the clinically insane and this doctor created mutants within it. Not a place specifically for super powered AND mentally ill people. 

@Violet: Understood and interest appreciated. I may raise the number of people I end up taking on, I just don't want it to be too crowded/chaotic.
