Vladimir was qeustioning Alexi and Nadia for going outside the gardens when he told then not to. Erik covered for them. Vladimir called the common city filth and rabble which Ogcognotin was displeased with but he also reasoned why we need walls and safety which Ogcognotin Agreed with.
