Korlash awoke to a tongue being all over his face. "Ugh. Jin this better be some sick joke." Korlash looked up and saw a wolf the size of a large horse. It looked friendly and Korlash was confused. Weren't these wolves usually ferocious? No matter. This wolf could come in handy. Korlash tried climbing onto it's back, and in response it knelt down. Korlash then picked up jin, who was still asleep, and put her in his lap. He kicked the wolf into gear and it galloped off back to the village. When they reached the village, Korlash moved the wolf to the gates to check on the guards. He saw them transfixed on some sight and he craned his head to see what they saw. There was a woman injured. He ran up to her, helping her up. He gasped when he got a good look at the lady in question. It was the mad king's spy. He dropped her to the ground and ran back to the guards. "Run! It's a trap!" He yelled at the top of his lungs. Two men jumped out to either side of him, swinging their swords down. He unsheathed his swords and blocked the strikes, turning his head to yell at the guards again. "Get help! We're under attack!" The king had finally found him.
