"I understand the concern. I am not saying let's take our time and take a month to get there. Also, sure there will probably be some restricted quests, but, I doubt any on the first floor. It'd probably be special quests, things like Extra Skills or super rare item or something like that." Umichi answering to some of Fujiwara's concerns to the quest. "I mean, it has been proven the Anneal Blade is the best weapon around for at least the first few floors. The stats of any other weapon listed has been much lower in comparison. So wouldn't you think such a quest was more unique? Well, everyone else is struggling to get one, but I completed the quest and was able to get start it again, so yeah." Attempting to prove his argument. Leaving the table, he went to pay for the meal, and quickly went to the merchant to restock and sold some drops. Leaving him with just over 4k col. Getting the PM from Fujiwara that read
"As I said, just chill out. You'll have your alone time with her; I'll be off practicing to see if I can't find any more efficient attacks with my katana. Meet you then."
He simply sighed and did not bother. There was still most of the half hour before the meet up time. Deciding to train, he dashed out, trying to look for a Large Nepent or two to get some better exp. Finding one, he still could not get over the size of it. It was almost twice as big as a Little Nepent. Charging in with a <>, he jumped and slashed down on it, making it topple. Upon landing, he completed a <> the Large Nepent took some major damage. It seemed <> normally as a single target sword skill would do multiplicative damage for each strike, but while Umichi used it in a more unique way to spread it out and attack groups, it did less damage than normal for each strike. With less than 25% of it's health, he took it down with a <>. This similar pattern continued for about three times, he took some damage but it wasn't severe. He was recovering it quite rapidly, due to the Wolf Fruit Pie from before. So that's what that symbol means he realised. After taking down four Large Nepents as mentioned, he checked the time. It was way close to the meeting time, 1327. Crap, I better get there quick he dashed to the spot to meet, reaching there at 1329. He wasn't late. Breathing a bit heavily, he saw Suki. "Hey, I don't see the others yet ...." he called out. Suddenly a message came up. A message from someone named Paka. Umichi and Paka met in line when they went to get the pre-ordered game from the store. They got along quite well during that time.
"Hey, line guy! Where are you? Hopefully, you're still alive. I figure I need to meet up with some people, and I remembered you from the line, how we said we'd catch up in the game. I'm in Citadel, if you are in the area"
Umichi was a little annoyed, being called 'line guy'. He replied to the message. "Don't call me line guy =.= Jeez And can you not tell I'm still alive? I am still on your friends list. Anyway, in Goniku, right now, and was heading to Citadel anyway. Probably be there in like 5 hours tops, unless something happens. I'll be bringing a party with me, hope that's alright. Since your there, wanna join us for a party quest? Still trying to figure out the activation conditions though. Not much was written about it in the guide book. Anyway, see you in Citadel, if you stick around." Standing at the front with Suki, he waited to see when the others would come. Umichi decided to learn a bit more about Suki. "Hey ... now that I think about it a little, we don't really know much about each other ... like favorite color, food, birthdays or things like that." He didn't want to be direct, he was just hinting for now. If she didn't want to, then it would of been fine, but he probably would of felt a little sad that she didn't want to tell him.
