Charlie repeated the information she had just been told into the small smooth pebble like object on her wrist. Then clicked the small touchpad to send away the information.
"Well I guess I can not deny that.. I am Charlie and I am a Newid researcher. I am here on earth to investigate and learn from the humans. Why are you here time lord.." 
Charlie was formal speaking as if talking to a police officer, which the time lords could possibly be described as. She was still sceptical but decided to believe for now.
She had heard of The Doctor, coming and going to earth leisurely, but she had never met him. What she did know was that wherever he was trouble was soon looming.
