He has apparently been trained by the late Doctor yet holds none of his charm and quirks that made him a good person. He believes he is very important despite not showing any achievements , possibly believing just being a timelord makes you a good helpful being. Avoid at all cost. End of entry." Charlie sent the message and kicked the TARDIS then began to walk off.
