Jack has slept on the couch, unaware of what was to happen. Waking up in the middle of the night, Jack woke up to hearing the sound of crying, practically next to him. Looking up, Harkness saw it was the Doctor. He coaxed the Time Lord into his arms while making some room for him. Once the two were settled back down, he stroked the Time Lords hair, humming a small tune as he started falling asleep. 
Waking up the following morning, Jack woke, feeling a body next to him. Slowly opening his eyes, the Immportal saw a male cuddled up next to him. Though when he is about to smile, he also saw that the Time Lord was awake. [I]'oh crap....ooh i hope i can explain'[/I] Captain Harkness thought when seeing that look in his eyes. Letting go, Jack felt guilty. Yet feeling that he did no wrong. That the Doctor had come to him in the middle of the night crying and upset from what seemed to be a nightmare. 
"Doctor. Please dont get mad..." he sat up but not to where the Time Lord might fall off. "I was sleeping here as you were sleeping on my bed. When i woke up,you were upset and crying as you came to me. My instincts kicked in to where i was trying to help you and you fell asleep while doing so. I thought you were awake enought that you knew what you were doing. Im sorry." He explained as he apologized.
