Charlie was stuck for an answer, he wanted to learn about new exciting things but this timelord was not very nice..
"errm... well..." Charlie was struggling finding an answer "well... the time lords are supposed to be all dead.. and then two come along at once... its kind of an opportunity you cant just ignore..." He stood out of the bush and smiled weakly. 
"You know The Doctor always believed that knowledge was the most powerful thing you could have... he always though with words and plans... surely you can see that a race that only wishes to learn is better than a race that conquers and destroy?"
The others joined them. "What is so annoying about me? That I find new things interesting!"
