Lucifer is one of the oldest demons, but I don't think a specific number should be put to his age. Just 'cause he has a daughter, doesn't mean he'd get married...especially since you're talking about Lucifer here.

Snake charmer : don't think it bare mentioning, as it's pretty much a passive default.

Light destruction flare : not sure about this, but I'll look into it.

Harsh shout : not sure about this, but I'll look into it.

Shifting : doesn't seem necessary...ish, though I will look into some form of it. Lucifer is the most gorgeous angel previously from heaven, and thus doesn't even need something like shifting, he just needs to show up.

Lucifer is probably the angel with the strongest affinity for light...

Also, I assume we go Lucifer=Satan for this...?
