Caits what do you say about this [quote=Dlayeth] It seems players don't feel the hunger of their bodies in real life. They have no more control of their bodies anymore. After all, they can't feel the nerve gear on their head anymore. So I don't see why they'd feel hunger either.I think that even without one foot, the sensations will remain as it's done by brain waves etc. Essentially, your brain in game is tricked into believing the body is whole and well, and so sensations still happen. Think of something like phantom pains. A body part that isn't attached to your body is hurting. Something like phantom limbs I guess.EDIT: Let me explain that better. The nerve gear is likely sending the signal to your brain of your feet moving and the sensations it feels. The Nerve Gear likely treats you as if you're whole, and so your brain will receive signals as if you still have both feet. Since it's your brain and your nerves that feel sensations, you should still be able to feel things in a foot that doesn't exist through the game.Unless of course, when Kayaba made the nerve gear reproduce the body features, it also reproduced the lack of a foot, in which case, Yui would be stuck like she was in real life.Or am I misunderstanding something?
