Since it's your brain and your nerves that feel sensations, you should still be able to feel things in a foot that doesn't exist through the game.Unless of course, when Kayaba made the nerve gear reproduce the body features, it also reproduced the lack of a foot, in which case, Yui would be stuck like she was in real life.Or am I misunderstanding something?
