A week had past since the Arrancars attacked the Human world and Soul Society, many Shinigami died in the battles and some greatly wounded, even those of great rank and power suffered. Still in such a state they were still recovering. The Head Captain however managed to recover just enough to resume his duties however his power and pride damaged he threw into action a plan of extreme measures, Shinigami everywhere would be notified of the fact that they would now have to work harder than ever for if the Arrancar chose to attack again, as a course of this a few Shinigami positions were changed in order to kick things into shape.[/center]
