Vellia's axe split open the skull of yet another wyvern, and as the rider, who had escaped injury thus far, attempted to wriggle free of his saddle, she swiftly decapitated him with a swift move of her axe. Her left arm twitched again, and she felt the stinging pain course its way even further. The fang of one of the wyverns had unfortunately pierced her skin, and its venom was coursing through her veins. Though it spread, she was not worried, as not enough of it had entered her to be detrimental to her health. It would wear thin enough soon, and then she would no longer feel it. The fliers were dwindling to the point that it was almost a strenuous hunt to find one worthy of her axe. Vellia just grinned. The battle couldn't be going better for her. But that was just the thing. She was one of the few who was still okay. And she realized that when she rounded a street corner, finding a concerned man crouched over a woman who had curled herself into a ball. She ran over, clipping her axe back to her hip, and when she realized the blood on the girl's head, she turned to the man. "If you can heal her, then you'd better do it quickly, here and now. If not, then stand out of the way. She won't have much longer with an injury like that, and she needs a healer" she said bluntly. She knelt down, ready to pick the girl up and start carrying her if necessary. "I don't want you to speak unless necessary," Vellia said to her. "It'll use too much of your energy." She pressed a gentle hand to the girl's temple to hopefully slow the blood loss. "Just don't go to sleep, for Naga's sake."
