Innue, if possible, I would prefer you make a Chuunin. 

Beta will be a Jounin leading Lilly's team and to my knowledge he will be an Inuzuka, thus capable of helping Lilly.

Thus, I want you to be a Chuunin so that we don't make an even larger lack of genin. Right now, I do believe we only have two for Beta's team and we'll need three more (one for his team and two for yours).
