The Arbitrator pressed the button, and began to speak into the microphone, his voice becoming audible over the intercom. "I see our competitors are already a bit friendly?" He laughed a bit. "You should both know the drill, the stadium you are standing in has 3 different modes, as it is adaptable for all duel types, and I feel you should choose the type of duel you compete in. Be it a turbo, action, or regular duel, it is up to you. Remember though, if you have a field spell card in your deck, take it out for any turbo or action duels, as they are useless. You may begin whenever you like." He changed his tone, and directed his voice at the audience "Everyone else, Take your seats, and stay out of the arena. It is time to duel." He sounded demented, vile, and despicable, even with the voice changer.
