Mitzvael
Mitzvael, also known as "Law," was a member of Michael's legion who was punished for going too far. For disobeying orders, and for his extreme methods, he was cursed to live a life amongst humans, and his powers were stripped until such time as his penance was complete. While living amongst humans, he became a cop in a Texas town, and became obsessed with action movies. In time he started modeling his behavior after the archetypal heroes he saw in those movies; keeping constant stubble, making quips and snappy one-liners, smoking cigars, and talking in a gravelly voice. 

While working in this small Texas town he met a woman named "Mercy," who was a doctor at the local hospital. She loved his crazy, over-the-top personality, and he loved how much she sincerely cared about her patients. They have been dating for a few years now, and he has plans to ask her to marry him.

When God died and the Age of Darkness began, Michael recruited Mitzvael into his legion again, but Mitzvael told him, "If I'm going to do this I'm going to do it my way."

Mitzvael's spiritual weapon, which had been a flaming sword before his punishment, has now been morphed into a shotgun, and he has enchanted it so that a choir of voices will sing what he has chosen as his theme-song whenever he pulls it out to fight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvaIgq5j2Q8
