"Heh, I have no intention of hunting down any spies myself," Arsenio replied to Mizawa's statement, ignoring the previous insults to his intelligence, "after all, the fun of a witch hunt is in watching others fumble about in paranoia and suspicion. Though if I were the higher ups, I'd attempt to pressure ORB into locking down all travel into or out of the the country so that we can ensure the spy or spies do not escape."

Arsenio followed Mizawa out of the room. "I guess we'll get to meet the others who managed to pilot the Gundams during the skirmish," he said. Then he added, "Pilots who are just as responsible as me, if not more so, in letting the enemy escape with the stolen prototypes," hoping to divert blame away from himself.
