The next day Castiel was up bright and early with Aurora. The two always got up early to go for a fly and make sure everything was okay before getting some breakfast. So, she let the two males sleep and when she came back to the cave just a couple of hours away the two were preparing to leave. She supposed they had to get home soon, but Castiel did admit it made her somewhat sad. It was nice to have some human company for once. And Aurora was so fond of the Night Fury. She was more fond of him than she had seen with any other dragons on the island. Aurora ears flattened against her head as she walked over to Hiccup and rubbed her head against him before licking his face a few times before she walked over to Toothless and rubbed her head under his purring slightly. Aurora said goodbye to Toothless, Castiel walked over to Hiccup and set a tied up basket in front of him, "I kind of figured you two were leaving soon. So I caught both of you some fish for your trip home. Who knows, maybe we'll see each other again soon." She gave him a small smile and looked over as Aurora licked the side of Toothless's face before coming over to her. She petted the dragoness's head, "And maybe when we do meet again there might be some new little dragons running around." She joked slightly and gave a small laugh as she brushed her long hair from her face and held out her and for him to shake, "It was nice meeting you Hiccup." With that, she watched as the two of them left and frowned slightly, looking at her saddened dragoness before giving her a hug around the neck, "Don't worry girl. You'll see him again. I'm sure of it." She said and hopped onto her dragoness's back, "Come on. Let's go do some rounds and see what we can find." With that they flew off. .... Two months had passed since Castiel had met Hiccup and Toothless, and a month had passed since all the dragons had left for nesting season. Normally when Aurora left for that season she was back within a few days, before any of the others, likely because she couldn't find any other dragon. But this time was different. This time Aurora stayed away, and that gave her hope. Maybe she had found Toothless or another dragon to mate with. The thought of having more Arcus and Fury dragons made Castiel excited. But, when the other dragons returned with their babies and her own dragon hadn't returned yet she grew worried. Normally dragons returned within a week or two. She searched and searched and waited and waited, but her dragon had yet to come back. Finally after a month had past she decided she had to do something to try and find her. But she had no idea where the nesting grounds even were. But, maybe there was someone who did. Hiccup came to mind. If his dragon was gone as well then she was fairly sure the two dragons were together. But it as only a matter of trying to find him. If she remembered correctly, he was from Berk. Now she just had to find it. She found one of the Deadly Nadders, a male so that she knew he wouldn't be watching over any baby dragons, and packed up, flying off, "Alright Spike, lets find this village." They searched for a long time and a whole week of searching passed before Castiel saw anything that looked promising. Below was a small village and to her surprise she could see dragons below flying about, "Alright Spike, take us down gently. We don't want to startle any--SPIKE!" She yelled in surprise and held onto the dragon tightly as he dived down at full speed, coming about a foot above the ground before swooping back up, "Slow down!" But he didn't. He kept going and continued to do the same a few times before he finally landed and she stumbled off of his back, "Next time I'm taking a Gronkle. At least they listen to orders." She mumbled, getting a good hit on the head by its tail(with the spikes pulled in) and she rubbed the back of her head, glaring at the cranky dragon before she turned to see the vikings from the village all either looking at her strangely or with suspicious gazes. Giving an awkward laugh she rubbed the back of her neck, "Hehe....um.....I wouldn't happen to be in Berk, would I?" It was quiet for a moment before one of the adults in the village, with a prosthetic hand and leg spoke, "You are lass. What business do you have here?" Giving a sigh of relief that she had finally found her destination, she stepped up slowly and spoke, "I'm looking for a man named Hiccup. I met him a few weeks ago. I have some questions for him. Its about my dragon. I'm worried about her and would really appreciate just a few minutes with him." She said politely as she stood there and the man considered it before shrugging "Guess it couldn't hurt. Come on." Gobber lead her through the village and the whole time Castiel was nervous and all together anxious. She hadn't been around other humans like this in a long time and it scared her. She was taking a big risk in her eyes by doing this, but she had to find her friend. She had to make sure she was okay. She was lead in the great hall, which for now was empty aside from a lone man she easily recognized, sitting in the corner and reading some sort of book. Gobber left, closing the door behind him and Castiel slowly and quietly approached Hiccup, biting her lip, unsure what to say at first. Finally she spoke, her voice unsure, "H-Hiccup?" When he looked up she jumped slightly, obviously very nervous about being in this village, though she supposed it was a little better now that she was away from all those people, "I came here to ask something? Aurora hasn't come back and it's worrying me. Ha Toothless come back? Do you know where they nest at? I-I just really want to make sure she's okay...." She said quietly, trailing off and keeping herself from asking anything else for now so that he could answer the questions she had already asked.
