[b]Age:[/b] 18 years old

[b]Personality:[/b] A generally outgoing and active individual. George today spends most of his time practicing his powers, but formerly his activities mainly consisted of swimming, soccer, basketball & video games. He usually get's along well for others, and typically has a good and smart head on his shoulders. If he get's too set or focused on something however there's usually no talking him out of it, he'll try to see it through to the end. This have caused people to worry about him at times, especially now that he's at U.L.T.R.A and his family fear's he'll push himself too hard on learning about his new powers. A worry/concern his parents already called the school staff about asking that he be watched in how much he pushes himself with his powers for his own safety's sake.

If a friend is in danger he almost always has their back, but at the same time he allows his anger to get to him too easily at times. Where if he becomes convinced a friend betrayed him, or that someone is responsible for harming a friend of his then the results usually are not pleasant.

[b]Ability:[/b] Telekinesis/Force Manipulation

Having had his powers only emerge a few month's ago George is only capable of lifting and moving items of 50lb or less without trouble. He has been recorded being able to lift up to 200lb, but the closer to that point it get's the more uncontrollable it becomes and the more damaged his body get's from the pressure. The damage usually being torn and sprained muscles. He also commands basic ability to push or repel people, where it's not so much a controlled movement like Telekinesis but he can send out a sudden force of energy that will push things back, he's been known to make force strong enough to effectively push back anyone who weights about 140lb or lighter, any more than that and they're normally still standing. Like his Telekinesis, he's been recorded to be able to push this to a limit of 200lb, but the closer he get's to that limit the more damaged he get's.

Doctor's and Scientists who have looked at him and have experience with super natural humans believe that with practice and time his power's can grow to not only handle heavier weights without trouble but also eventually get him the ability to use the Telekinesis on himself in a way that allows for Levitation. But they all agree that this is a long way off and he needs to have some skilled mastery of his abilities before he can even try this.

[b]Reason for Acceptance:[/b] Paid in full by his parents who hoped to see him somewhere he can be accepted and hopefully get help.

[b]Background[/b] George was born in a relatively well off area, crime wasn't a worry and he was allowed to play outside late without constantly notifying his parents of his whereabouts. He held up good grades in school, a decent social life, but also his own enemies. Enemies who often know how to get the better of his anger which got him into fights constantly. This eventually got him put into a private school at the age of 14 that had better training for children with behavioural issues. He hated it there, and his fights increased forcing him to be pulled out at 15 and put back in his normal school.

About 2 months before his 18th birthday he was in his kitchen simply talking with his parents. He happened to wave his hand generally during this and a glass in that direction flew across the room and shattered. His family was startled but though it simply fell from the ledge. But while cleaning the mess another was thrown, and then a third. They eventually caught on that this was happening in response to George's hand motions, confused they went to the doctor who after witnessing it himself did some digging. The doctor came back later and explained that he was for all intents and purposes a "Mutant with super powers" and such occurrences were growing. He managed to find U.L.T.R.A and put the family in contact, and the following school year George was transferred there so he can get all the help he can with figuring out, understanding and controlling these powers of his.

[b]Other:[/b] When he uses his powers to his limits you can see his veins push out, looking like their about to burst. And they would if his body didn't simply give up before that point. He also as a scar above the right side of his rib cage from one specifically nasty fight where the guy pulled out a knife, thankfully little actually damage was done but the knife was swung just want to leave a rather nasty looking reminder.
