I like what you're trying to do her and I'm interested in joining. 

I have a question though. Would it be alright to create a character that doesn't fit the classic avatar-formula?
The character I have in mind would probably take the Chiblocker-spot, but that wouldn't be his "only" thing. Instead he'd also be a swordsman and a gunslinger. The concept I'm after is "the hero of the previous generation". A man that has already had his adventure, done his deeds and is now called upon to be a sort of mentor to the new avatar. Would that work?
