She just stood there looking at Ksirafai unable to move. No matter how much she tried, no matter how much she tried to force her body to move.
It just stood in place, with her head turned still looking at Ksirafai. She couldn't even talk, or blink, it was a horrible experience to say the least. 
This did make her wonder, if the other statues are just ponies, all stuck like this as well.
