I'm going to go ahead and have Uriel pondering the war while wandering about Heaven and Tyriel has actually been out of the loop from heaven for a few years so I don't know if he would know about Gabriel's recent departure. He has been spending the last twenty years are so on earth since the death of his mother Artemis.
If thats a no go I can change it in the IC easy enough to him tracking down gabriel.

As for meeting Arceous didn't she just leave back to hell via portal? And I assumed Tyriel would be ordered by an ArchAngel or God to go get her. I will however write about him having noticed her in the park. Once again if this is a no go tell me and I'll edit accordingly.
