Actually the deal Fox, and Disney had was this. They both can have Scarlet witch and Quicksilver. Though Xmen cant mention Ultron, The Avengers, SHIELD. Avengers cant mention Magneto, Xmen, Sentinels and, Mutants. Its bull but what can you do. 
Now if they made Black Panther that can literally connect nearly all the marvel movies
