I've got a number of options. It is unlikely that all nations will be filled, so it is very possible that I can ignore Hanover and Bavaria and give them all to the Prussian player, or I can see if I can't convince some players to swap to a different nation if someone drops out, or I can even ignore it completely and keep a divided Germany.

Anyway, I'll probably keep this up for a couple of days before posting the OOC and continuing recruitment there.
