I got Emi first time through too, the only reason you get stuck with her is if you "go for it" when you're doing the choice selection, if you do that, then literally every other choice following that becomes null and void.

Also [hider=spoilers]Misha is a one night stand that will result in the bad ending with Shizune[/hider]
