Ki-Adi-Mundi or one of the other Jedi Masters exhibited a form of Force Lightning dubbed Electric Judgement or Force Judgement when dealing with a hostage situation. It was only used once, and there were considerable questions about the ability, especially since it was used in haste. There was still fear that it was perhaps a manifestation of the Dark Side, or possibly linked to it.
