Wouldn't that sort of thing be OP? Let me see if I can word my reasoning on this.
Okay. Numbering for funzies.
1. Soren's attacks are chaotic.
2. Pinkie is technically chaotic. These aren't exactly related, but in a special way they are.
3. They aren't unavoidable, per se, but for someone like Pinkie who's chaotic, they'll be able to follow her wherever she goes and through whatever she does. If she "teleported" to a different universe, they'd "teleport" after her, for example.
