I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand. She won't show up until we get near Xavier though, so it doesn't matter for now.

I made an assumption about how "Frozen" would be different in the Marvel universe. I figured that at the very least she'd be a mutant with ice powers.

She found herself surrounded in plasma. They tried to keep their abilities hidden, but when they were found out and the town's people grew afraid of them, their parents fled to northern Canada. Eventually, however, Xavier found out about them and “convinced” some of the locals to kill their parents, hoping that it would make them hate humans and choose to join him. They found out about it, however, due to the timely appearance of Quicksilver, and they went with him to Genosha.
A few years later, they knew that it was time to leave to protect others from the madman know as Professor X.
